He held various command and operations positions in the Army, specializing in operations research and systems analysis. During his term of service he planned and executed the operational testing of major combat systems. In 1995 Bill entered the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley, focusing on new product development. In 2008 he was invited to join Parker Hannifin, where he is now director for the company's global new product commercialization system. He shares direct responsibility for Parker's achievement of its organic growth targets. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from the US Military Academy at West Point, and his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
