How is LEAP structured (tracks, sessions, etc.)?
LEAP will have one cross-audience inspirational keynote and then be structured into specific tracks for IP and TTO professionals, tracks for innovation management professionals, and industry/user tracks for current clients to get the most out of their Wellspring product offerings.
When and where will LEAP 2026 take place?
There are two LEAP Innovation Summits. The first is EU based and takes place in Amsterdam at the nHow RAI Hotel, September 28-30. The second is US based and takes place in Atlanta at the Georgia Tech Hotel, October 21-23.
Is this an in-person, virtual, or hybrid event?
LEAP is an in-person event.
Will both locations be presenting identical content?
Not identical, there will be some sessions that are identical with the same speakers, and common themes across both events, but the actual agenda and content will vary between the two events.
How do I register for LEAP 2026?

How much does it cost to attend?
Currently SUPER early bird pricing is in effect until May 31st and is $150 / €127.04.
Are there early bird or group discounts available?
Yes, there are early bird rates see the FAQ above. No we are not offering any group rates.
What is included with my registration?
Access to the entire conference and content, a happy hour reception and meals. Hotel can be booked separately, and the link will be emailed to you with your confirmation at our discounted group rate. The link to register for the hotel is also on this page above.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, please contact us and we can transfer your ticket to a colleague if you are unable to attend.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
No cancellation on registration, however hotel rooms can be cancelled in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.
When will the full agenda be available?
The full agenda will be finalized by mid June 2026
What types of sessions will be offered?
LEAP will feature speakers and roundtables across the innovation lifecycle and will be centered around growth and impact in both the IP and IM tracks.

Yes, there will be a large keynote presentation to the whole group and then a number of topic specific speakers in the individual tracks.
Will sessions be recorded or available on demand afterward?
Yes, sessions will be recorded and most will be available afterward.
Can I customize my schedule?
Yes, you are free to attend whatever sessions or tracks you might find interesting regardless of your area of focus. If you’re an IM professional and find an IP session intriguing and vice-versa, you can attend anything at LEAP that you’d like.
Do I need to attend the entire event?
We recommend full participation to maximize peer engagement and value.

We are expecting over 100 attendees at LEAP26.

Yes, there will be a number of networking opportunities across both sides of the business, a welcome reception and all meals are also a great time to get to know people.

Is there a room block or discounted rate?
Yes, there is a discounted room block at each location, once you register for the event, an email link to book your hotel at the group rate will be sent to you or you can access the reservation link on this page.

For LEAP26 Amsterdam the closest airport is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) which is approximately 14km from the nHow RAI Hotel. For LEAP 26 Atlanta the closest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) which is approximately 12 miles from the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.
What transportation options are available near the venue?
The hotel shuttle, taxi, or Uber/Lyft are all options to get you to the hotels.
What should I wear (dress code)?
Dress code will be business casual and jeans are fine.
What happens after I register?
After registration you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your hotel room at the hotel under a discounted group rate.
When will I get event updates?
We will be sending event updates starting a month before the event date with key details, schedules, and important information so you’re prepared.
How do I access event materials before and after the conference?
Attendees will receive follow up emails with links to access content and materials within a month of the conferences ending.
What is check-in for the hotel like?
At both locations, check-in for your room will be handled at the front desk. Make sure to have your confirmation number, credit card and a photo ID readily available.
What is check-in for the event like?
At both locations, LEAP check-in will be open the starting at 10:30am on day one and 8:00am on day two in the reception area right outside of the main session room. At check-in, you will receive your badge and agenda. You will also have the opportunity to network with fellow attendees or venture over to our demo areas for a live demo or chat with Wellspring.
Are there dedicated meeting or collaboration spaces?
We will have a conference room made available for anyone needing a quiet space to take calls or have one to one meetings with your peers. We will also have a room available for you to meet with a team member from Wellspring for a 1:1.
Will there be any evening events or receptions?
Yes. We will have a networking reception on day one and a dinner on day two. Details to follow.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes. We will have dedicated Wi-Fi for our event. Login details will be posted on the tables and given at check-in.
