Wellspring Opens Japan Office to Serve Growing APAC Market

CHICAGO and TOKYO, January 1, 2020 -- Wellspring, a leader in innovation management software, today announced the opening of a new office in Japan, based in Tokyo. This constitutes a major step for the company in creating a global network of offices, and in building a local presence to serve customers in Asia.

The move comes as Wellspring continues to enjoy year-on-year growth of 25% or more. The firm's growth prospects have proven especially strong in Asia Pacific, both in Japan and more widely across the region. Masafumi Tsuji, formerly an executive with Microsoft Japan, will lead Wellspring's business in the region as the General Manager of Wellspring Japan.

"The need to open our first Japan office is a testament to our impressive growth potential in Asia," commented Robert Lowe, Wellspring's CEO. "We're excited to build a local team that can best serve client needs and expand our interests throughout the region."

"I'm very excited to join the team," said Mr. Tsuji. "I'm impressed with Wellspring's products and strategy, and I believe we have a bright future in Japan and elsewhere."
