CHICAGO, IL and CAMBRIDGE, UK, August 2, 2021 -- Wellspring, a leader in innovation software for corporations, universities, and government agencies, today announced the acquisition of myIP, the largest European-based provider of Technology Transfer software to universities. This is the third acquisition by Wellspring in recent years.

The myIP acquisition constitutes an important step in Wellspring’s continued global expansion, building on the opening of a Tokyo office in 2020. By adding a corporate presence in Europe, Wellspring strengthens existing operations in the EMEA region and creates a dedicated EMEA support team based in Cambridge. This positions Wellspring to serve a global client base with regional headquarters on three continents.
