Cancellation & Reschedule Policies

Sopheon reserves the right to reschedule classes based on attendance. Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is full, students will be scheduled into the next available session.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days in advance will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
