Join us in London for the 2025 EMEA User Group Conference. On September 29, attendees are invited to join optional one-on-one meetings, a dedicated workshop, and a featured speaker session ahead of the full conference.
This in-person event is tailored for Sophia and Evolve users, and teams managing IP Renewals with Astria.

- If you are using apple maps, I would recommend entering the “Laurence Olivier Statue” into your phone once you have exited Waterloo, this will take you nearer the main entrance of the National Theatre.
Please enter through the main National Theatre entrance, there will be Wellspring staff stationed to direct you to the event space, sign you in and issue name tags.
- Please note, Waterloo station is a roughly 450 metre walk (0.3 miles) from the National Theatre
Room and Meeting Locations: The Buffini Chao Deck is located on the 3rd floor of the National Theatre building on South Bank. If entering from South Bank, please go to the main entrance opposite the river, beneath the National Theatre sign. Just beyond the security desk there are lifts on either side of you. Any of these lifts can take you to the 3rd floor. When on the 3rd floor, please exit on to the balcony and walk round to the right until you reach the Buffini Chao Deck.
This event will be fully in-person and will not be recorded. However, presentation slides and discussion materials will be shared afterward.
Once you register, your spot is confirmed. You’ll only receive event updates, agenda changes, and important reminders as we get closer to the event.
