Comments from Parents that attended our Group Parent Training class:

"The course was very educational. The instructor taught me different ways to work with my daughter. I was giving many different materials to reference. Thank you for providing this class."

"I really enjoyed this six-week course. The instructor was very pleasant and professional. It has been a very informative six weeks."

"Everything was great. I'm so happy with the help (this class has given me), even though my daughter has Down Syndrome, not Autism. Thank you so much."

"The instructor did a great job keeping all of the parents engaged in the class. Examples and suggestions for real-life situations were very helpful."

"I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how much we like working with Leslie Williamson as our supervisor. Leslie is very bright and proactive, and really understands my son's challenges. She is constantly working with our team to revise our program so that we can best help him succeed. He is making some nice improvements under her leadership. She is also very organized with her paperwork which is very important for the Regional Center. Thank you for finding us a great supervisor."

"We want to let you know how much we appreciate what Naomi, Sheldon, and Karen are doing for us and with us. Of course, we wouldn't be where we are now in terms of behavior advancement, development and overall well being without the whole crew who have been devoted to our son the past few years- and in addition to the awesome team we have now that includes Fawn, Karly, Charla, and of course Shawn Freeman. We wanted to make sure we reached out to you with this quick note so that you are aware of what a difference they have made and are making in the life of our precious child and of our whole family. Without them the issues we have had in the last school year with LAUSD would have been unbearably difficult. Our son has a great team with Regional, Wellspring and the support of our families, and we want you to know how Naomi and her team has made a difference. Thank you so very much!"

"Over the course of the last 6 months, I had the privilege of working with Jagger an adorable 3-year-old little boy with a diagnosis of Williams Syndrome, who recently became a client of Wellspring's. I wanted to compliment you on your program and your employee, David Cole, as I noticed a remarkable difference in both Jagger's speech and his behavior since he started working with your program."

"I want to take the opportunity to let you know I am very pleased to have Jill Reder as my son's therapy supervisor. She has done a great job in taking the necessary steps to meet my son's needs. She is very consideredate, responsible and most of all accessible. She is always willing to listen, to suggest and to work with us in order to achieve the best results for my child. She is always ensuring that therapy time is well spend and that the therapist are performing up to Wellspring standards. I am very glad to have her be in charge of my son's case. She is not only a great professional but a great person to work with.

Last, I am not sure if you remember a few months back there was a conflict with the schedule and Sheldon was going to be taken off my son's case, I never thank you for letting Sheldon continue to be my son's therapist. Over the time I have been with you guys I had the opportunity to have different therapist work with my son, all of them had good things to offer but Sheldon has exceed them for many reasons. He is very consistent, he has a great facility to work with my son, he always comes home with different materials to use during the therapy and makes great use of time. He makes us feel comfortable to be involved in the therapy and/or to ask for suggestions on what we should do for different behaviors. He is been my son's therapist since the very beginning and I really hope he continues to be until my son graduates. Sheldon more than responsible is passionate about what he does and I believe that is what differentiates him. He always demonstrates enthusiasm during the therapy and that reflects with my son progress.

Sometimes, upper management does not get to hear about the great job their team does and I honestly believe that it is equally important to let people know when they do bad and when they do great. Both, Jill and Sheldon, have done an amazing job and I honestly believe that they have done so because they are passionate about their job and when people work with passion they are always willing to take that extra step to achieve the best results and that is exactly what both of them have done. Thank you for having them be part of Wellspring and my son's life."

"I'd like to once again thank you, but this time is for having had the fortune of having Karen being part of the team that made such a profound change in my son's life. She radiated so much happiness and joy and at the same time taught our son how to be more sociable, confident, control his tantrums and so much more. I'm sure Sebastian will always remember her as his good friend and pal. We will miss her, that's for sure. You're lucky to have her in your team. And of course, Naomi, she's such a great team leader that I'm not sure if you can function without her. Always smiling and making our home vibrant, and full of joy. My wife and I will always be grateful for having Karen, Erick and Naomi be part of Sebastian's life."

"I have been meaning to reach out to you for to express my deepest gratitude with the level of service that has been given and currently being provided by you and your team at Wellspring. I hope this never changes. The reason for my email is to share my thoughts and experiences with Yramnna, Deborah, and Stephanie.

Since our son's diagnosis we have dealt with many individuals providing services to families such as ours. What sets our team apart from all the other specialist we have worked with, is their dedication, professionalism, and genuineness. For example, they are always on time and we never have any scheduling conflicts or concerns. There is great communication amongst them, if we address a concern with any of them, they quickly discuss it amongst themselves and present solutions, not excuses. They truly function as one effective and cohesive unit and as a result of their efforts we have seen positive changes in our son.

Lastly, I would like give extra kudos to Nay. She has been for a while burning the candle on both ends and her work has not faltered. We know she is juggling her specialist duties, her supervisory duties, school, and the intricacies involved with any rapidly growing company. With all these things on her plate she has made time to participate in our IEP, attended observations, and pro actively manages the programs. She is a natural leader, who manages by example not by preaching.

Keep up the good work and on behalf our family, 'Thank You' for your unwavering support through this journey."
